The location of the resort is in Northern Kachin State, which is Myanmar’s greenest and most remote site. Accessing to out resort is 15 mins drive from the small frotiner twon of Putao. Formally known as Fort Hertz, Putao was one of the British Empire’s most remote outposts. During the time of Second World War, Japanese did not manage to conquer this remote and isolated area.

Today, Putao remains completely cut off from the outside world by millions of acres of subtropical rainforest and jagged peaks. The only reliable access is by flight into the PUtao airstrip during the cool dry season from October to April.
