Full payment for services shall be received at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Payment for group tours should be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Individual customers are required to pay a deposit of 25 % of the tour price when bookings have been confirmed. In case of very high end hotels or special arrangements, the requested deposit may be higher.
All payments must be sent by telegraphic transfer according to details provided. We are currently unable to accept any credit card payment.
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, cancellation fees may incur according to the various policies of hotels, airlines and transport companies.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollar (USD), include local taxes and are valid according to the date specified in the correspondence, printed tariff, quotation, invoice etc. Moby Dick Tours guarantees that the prices or rates quoted are correct at the time of issuance.
It is the responsibility of the client to secure the necessary travel insurance before commencement of the trip.
Moby Dick Tours will organize / conduct all the tours to the best of its ability as per agreement and take the best care for the safety of the client during the tour. Moby Dick Tours acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the direct services. Moby Dick Tours, however, will not be responsible and will not accept the liability for any loss, injury or damage occurred by the clients during or after the tour, due to circumstances beyond our control. Moby Dick Tours, however, would offer every possible assistance and advice to the client.
